How to Find Your Studio Flow SID in the Twilio Console

Objective

You may need to locate your Studio Flow SID to use it in REST API Executions, the Content Template Builder or other Twilio tools.

Product

Twilio Studio

Environment

legacy Twilio Console

Procedure

Each Studio Flow has a unique SID (Service Identifier). This identifier is required when referencing a specific flow in other Twilio services, such as the Content Template Builder or API requests.

To locate your Studio Flow SID:

  1. Log in to the Twilio Console.
  2. In the left navigation menu, go to Studio → Flows.
  3. You will see a list of all your Studio Flows and their corresponding SIDs displayed next to each flow name.

Once located, you can copy and use this SID wherever it’s required, such as in the Content Template Builder.

Additional Information

  • The Flow SID typically begins with FW (for example: FWxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx).
  • You can also access the SID directly from the Studio Flow’s URL, it appears at the end of the address bar when viewing the flow.
  • If you’re unable to locate a flow or its SID, ensure you have the correct account or subaccount selected in the Console.
