Our third party is reviewing campaigns manually, and due to the high volume of requests, a queue has built up. Campaign reviews are expected to take longer. Due to differences between Twilio, the WhatsApp Business API, and WhatsApp's end user mobile app, not all WhatsApp features and behavior are available through the Twilio API for WhatsApp.

However, Twilio is actively working on adding more features to our WhatsApp offering. Even if you don’t see the feature listed in our documentation, it may already be in development. Keep an eye on our Messaging Change Log or check our API documentation periodically for updates.
