Can my Business Name be Displayed as the WhatsApp Sender?

Yes, Twilio for WhatsApp customers with an Official Business Account can have their verified company name displayed in place of their Twilio WhatsApp phone number in the chat list, chat screens, and groups. The business name will also be displayed in contacts, along with a green checkmark to show the business is verified.
