Please start at the top, and walk through each of the troubleshooting steps as you work your way down the page.
Notice: Users that have successfully sent messages previously may see Error 63020 failures if the Meta Business Manager verification gets revoked, or the Meta Business Manager account gets deleted. Twilio's invitation
Once approved for WhatsApp messages, Twilio will send an invitation that allows us to send WhatsApp messages on your behalf. Please login to the Meta Business Manager to accept the invitation.
If you have already accepted the Twilio invitation (or have never received one), continue to Meta Business Manager settings.

You will also need to ensure that you have a payment method associated with your Meta Business Manager account. This is required by Meta for verification purposes.
If you have verified you have a valid payment method in place, please Escalate to Twilio Support.
