A2P 10DLC Campaign Vetting Delays: Twilio cannot approve 10DLC Campaigns ourselves, and must rely on third parties who control our connections to carriers to sign off. These external processes are creating several week delays for our customers. We continue to escalate these issues and are working to reduce delays wherever possible. Further details will be shared in the Campaign Vetting Changes article as they become available.

Verizon Wireless SMS and MMS carrier fees in the United States

Verizon in the United States charges carrier fees on SMS and MMS messages sent to Verizon mobile numbers from short codes, long codes (A2P 10DLC), and Toll-Free numbers. These fees are billed per SMS message segment or MMS message toward Verizon, and Twilio passes these fees through to our customers.

To view the latest carrier fee information for messages toward Verizon handsets, please see Twilio's SMS pricing page for the United States. The pricing page includes a table of carrier fees for each sender and message type, for example "Additional SMS long code fees per carrier."
