Insights Feature Comparison: Edition Package vs. Base Version

Overview

An overview of features offered in the Twilio Editions package for Account Insights pages in Console, specifically Audit Insight. The Advanced insights features offered in Editions (Administration, Security and Enterprise Edition) are explained below.

Audit Insights helps customers view the history of changes to their Twilio applications, and to view who changed what and when for a given account or sub-account. This insights page in Console -> Monitor, provides the ability to filter audit events by event type, product category, dates etc to pin-point changes of interest. This data helps customer reporting for Compliance verifications & auditing.

All Twilio Customers have access to basic account level audit insights (with standard filters, and timeframes: 24 hrs, 7 days, 14 days, 30 days). Enterprise Customers who buy the Twilio Enterprise package have the ability to get custom reporting for any time range (up to 13 months in the past) or based on nuanced filters (like SID, Event type etc)
