Objective

The Number Recommender simplifies the Phone Number selection process by providing intuitive and reliable Sender Type recommendations depending on the target country and your use case.

Note: This feature is currently enabled to find a number for Messaging purposes.

Notice: You must upgrade your Twilio project in order to use the recommender tool.

Procedure

Search and Purchase a Number using the Recommender Tool.

• Access the Buy a Number page in Console
• This is found in the Console under Develop > Phone Numbers > Manage > Buy a Number.
• On the Buy Number page, you'll notice our all new Number Recommender
• Click on get a number.

 To find the right number type for your use case, you'll see the following questions.

• Which country are you trying to send messages to?
• Which channel do you want to use?
• Which is your messaging use case?
• Which best describes your organization type?

• Based on your preferred use case, channel, and target country, our recommender will determine number types that might meet your requirements.
• The search results depend on your search criteria provided.     
      

• Once you select the desired option, our recommender will guide you to the buy number option.
