Account Insights is a feature within the Twilio Console that offers users robust data analysis and visualization tools to effectively monitor and optimize your communication services.

How to Access your Account Insights?

Click on the Monitor tab in your dashboard

Under Insights, select the topic you want to explore. By default, you will see products you have used on your account or products you have pinned to your develop panel. See How do I modify the product links in the console for more information on how to change your pinned products:
- Usage: Spend per usage category across the account
- Message Delivery: How messages are delivered across carriers
- Audit Events: See what configuration or changes were made to the account
You can also see what configuration or changes were made on your account by reviewing the Audit section. You will have a few different reports available to you by default which you can view by clicking the hyperlink to View all Audit Insights reports in the top right corner of the page. If you have Advanced Audit Insights with an Editions packages on your account, you can add custom filters to gain more varied and valuable insights about your account.
