When troubleshooting Flex Voice calls, it can be helpful to locate the associated TaskRouter Task SID. This guide will walk you through the steps to find the Task SID from the Call details within the Twilio Console.
Search the Inbound or Outbound Call
From the Call log, locate the Call SID associated with the call you are investigating.
- Navigate to the Twilio Console
- Select the Monitor tab
- Choose Logs > Calls to view the Call log
- Search for the call
Locate the Conference Friendly Name
Open the Call resource and find the associated Conference details under "Conference Calls." The Task SID will appear as the Conference's friendly name.
If no Conference exists, the Call was not connected to an Agent.
