Due to regulatory requirements, there is sometimes a need for documents to be signed by customers to ensure that registrations are done on behalf of customers that have the right to use the Sender ID. This serves to ensure that traffic is coming from legitimate sources and minimizes any potential misuse.

Procedure 

To register your Alphanumeric Sender ID, we require that you provide the following document: 

• Business licence of the organisation

To get you up and running as quickly as possible, please submit the document completely and accurately and provide any other required information in the Console form.

Provide the necessary information

The business licence helps us to complete the KYC process and helps to vet the company details.

If the sender ID does not match the company name, please provide trademark certificate or any relevant document that shows the relation of the sender ID with the company.
