Submitting a bulk port request

Bulk port requests may be submitted via the Twilio Console in the same manner as smaller requests. You may paste your list of numbers in the Landline & Toll Free Phone Numbers field instead of attaching a separate number list.

Please note that port requests which contain 50 or more numbers are classified as bulk requests and may take 4-6 weeks to complete, barring any rejections that we may receive from the existing carrier.

Occasionally, you may have difficulty uploading a bulk request through the portal. Please do not break up bulk requests into smaller projects because doing so will only create complications in the porting process. In most cases, the underlying carriers will delay or reject the requests if they realize that there has been attempt to take a bulk request and break it into smaller projects.

If you have any questions about the porting process, please contact us at porting@twilio.com.
