How can I submit a Bulk port-in request?

To submit a bulk port request with Twilio, follow these steps:

  1. Access the Twilio Console: Navigate to the Twilio Console, where you typically submit port requests.
  2. Enter Phone Numbers: In the "Landline & Toll Free Phone Numbers" field, you simply need to paste your list of numbers instead of attaching a separate number list, as the console doesn't have the capacity to handle attachments besides the LOA and billing document. A maximum of 1000 numbers in a single request can be submitted, more than 1000 numbers will have to be submitted in a batch of 1000 each.
  3. Bulk Request Classification: Any port request containing 50 or more numbers is classified as a bulk request. These requests may take 4-6 weeks to complete, assuming there are no rejections from the existing carrier.
  4. Avoid Breaking Up Requests: Do not break up bulk requests into smaller projects. This can complicate the porting process and may lead to delays or rejections from the underlying carriers.
  5. Contact for Assistance: If you encounter difficulties uploading a bulk request, or have any questions about the porting process, contact Twilio at porting@twilio.com

For international bulk port submissions, please submit the port request using this form
