Once you have paid for your short code, the following documents are available to partners by request:
- Welcome package: a general overview of the short code process, with helpful resources for getting the most out of your short code.
- Carrier compliance guidelines: we provide guidelines for short code advertising, opt-in message flows, and HELP and STOP messages. We also have guidelines for Canada and UK short codes, and sample message flows in Spanish (US) and French (CA).
- Guidelines for special use cases: Medical information, location based services, emergency notifications, and more.
- Guidelines for special application processes: Migrating a short code, transferring a CSCA/Neustar lease, and more.
