Our third party is reviewing campaigns manually, and due to the high volume of requests, a queue has built up. Campaign reviews are expected to take longer. How can I ensure that my Twilio application doesn't make calls to certain countries or routes?

In the international dialing permissions section of the Twilio console, you can select the specific countries you want to allow as destinations for outbound international calls. Keep in mind that these rules apply for all applications using your project's phone numbers.
