A2P 10DLC Campaign Vetting Delays: Twilio cannot approve 10DLC Campaigns ourselves, and must rely on third parties who control our connections to carriers to sign off. These external processes are creating several week delays for our customers. We continue to escalate these issues and are working to reduce delays wherever possible. Does Twilio allow its customers to port away phone numbers?

In general, yes. Twilio has chosen to extend our paying customers certain rights to port away purchased phone numbers wherever technologically possible and, of course, subject to applicable laws and regulations. In addition, for any numbers that you originally ported onto Twilio’s platform, you have the right to port those numbers away from Twilio subject to the same technological and legal constraints.
