A2P 10DLC Campaign Vetting Delays: We are experiencing delays while vetting 10DLC campaigns. Our third party is reviewing campaigns manually, and due to the high volume of requests, a queue has built up. Campaign reviews are expected to take longer. Twilio is working with the provider to help expedite this process. New details will be shared in our incident report as soon they become available.

Why was I charged a fee for my phone numbers despite canceling the port?

For phone numbers that are porting to Twilio’s platform, the billing cycle begins as soon as a port date is scheduled. Normally, a port date is scheduled roughly 7 days before the number is expected to port to Twilio. If you attempt to cancel a port during this time, you may be charged for one month of service. In order to avoid the possibility of fees, it’s best to submit cancellation requests as soon after the initial port request as possible.
