In order for two factor authentication to work successfully, you must have a phone where you can receive the six-digit verification code. This verification code is the second layer of authentication in addition to your password. If you are unable to receive the verification code on your device or have lost your phone, you should disable or reset two-factor authentication on your account.
How do I access my account without my phone?
You can access your account without entering the six-digit verification code you normally receive on your phone by using the emergency code you received after you verified your phone number.
- Login to your Account using your Account Login and Password.
- When prompted to enter the six-digit security code, click Lost your phone?
- Enter your emergency code and click Recover.
Once you've logged in, you will be required to verify a new phone number. You may choose to change this phone number again at any time through your Account Settings.
If you would like to disable two factor authentication, you may now do so if you are the Owner of the account. This is done through your Account Settings the same way you enabled two factor authentication.
