Can I see all the support tickets created by other users within my project?

At this time, you can only see support tickets that you’ve created from the project that you created it in. If you’ve created multiple support tickets from multiple projects, you will only see the support tickets related to the particular project you’re currently logged into.

You will not see support tickets that other users created within your project, nor will you see tickets that you’ve created in a different project.
