A2P 10DLC Campaign Vetting Delays: Twilio cannot approve 10DLC Campaigns ourselves, and must rely on third parties who control our connections to carriers to sign off. These external processes are creating several week delays for our customers. We continue to escalate these issues and are working to reduce delays wherever possible. Further details will be shared in the Campaign Vetting Changes article as they become available.

Can I have access to multiple accounts?

Yes, one Twilio user login may have access to multiple Twilio accounts. Here are the steps for switching between multiple account:

  1. Login to your account at www.twilio.com/console.
  2. Click the user login drop-down menu in the upper left corner.
  3. Select the desired Twilio Account from the list. If its is not listed here, click View All Accounts or the Twilio logo to see a list of each Twilio account your user account has access to.
