Yes, one Twilio user login may have access to multiple Twilio accounts. Here are the steps for switching between multiple account:

Login to your account.
Click the user login drop-down menu in the upper left corner.
Select the desired Twilio Account from the list. If its is not listed here, click View All Accounts or the Twilio logo to see a list of each Twilio account your user account has access to.
