These external processes are creating several week delays for our customers. We continue to escalate these issues and are working to reduce delays wherever possible. No. You must first upgrade your Twilio trial project in order to use a Twilio Connect application.
If a trial project user attempts to authorize a Twilio Connect application, they will be prompted to upgrade their project before they can continue to the Twilio Connect authorization step.
