Can I Make Twilio Voice Browser Calls in my Phone or Tablet Mobile Web Browser?

Some mobile web browsers may support Twilio Voice JavaScript SDK calling. That said, limitations related to GSM call interruption handling and background application call handling can make this a poor user experience.
