At this time, only US Twilio phone numbers fully support Caller ID (CNAM) lookups.
Note: Though Puerto Rico is US territory, its not supported at this time. Puerto Rican numbers are currently not supported for trust products, with functionality limited to US due to complexities with carrier interoperability and regulations
