To approve a port-away notification, please complete the following steps:
- Log into the Twilio console under the project or subaccount associated with the phone number(s) in question.
- Click here to view the port-away request.
- Click the check box to the right of the phone number(s) for which you would like to approve porting.
- Select “Set Status”.
- Select “Approve”.
- Click “Submit”.
Once you hit “Submit”, Twilio will be notified that the port-away notification is approved, and we will ensure that we allow the port-away request to proceed.
