A2P 10DLC Campaign Vetting Delays: Twilio cannot approve 10DLC Campaigns ourselves, and must rely on third parties who control our connections to carriers to sign off. These external processes are creating several week delays for our customers. We continue to escalate these issues and are working to reduce delays wherever possible. Further details will be shared in the Campaign Vetting Changes article as they become available.

SMS continues routing to Twilio after porting number to another carrier

It is up to your gaining carrier to complete re-routing of SMS messages on a ported number. If you experience any issues sending or receiving SMS messages after you port your number away from Twilio, please reach out to your new carrier to ensure that they’ve fully ported your number, including re-routing SMS messages. Once a number has fully ported away from Twilio, we are unable to route SMS messages because we no longer have control over the number.
