Error: Account Suspended - Too Many Attempts

Issue

When you request the same process (phone change, account recovery, account deletion, etc.) multiple times unsuccessfully, our system might proceed to suspend the account to protect it from any bad actor activity.

If your account were to be suspended, you may see an error message that looks like this:

Resolution

Users who receive this error must wait for the complete time period listed in the error message. This is a security measure, so our support team is unable to manually un-suspend the account.

Notice: If you receive this notification, please DO  NOT attempt this process again until your account is reinstated. Doing so could trigger your account to be suspended again for a longer period of time.
